摘　　要：目的:减轻慢性患者的负面心理反应,促进其恢复健康。方法:采用问卷调查的方法对患者进行心理反应及相关因素的调查。结果:心理反应阳性率为35.94%;与患者关系密切的相关因素有8项,最后通过分析,提出相应的护理对策。结论:迁延不愈的慢性患者往往会产生不同程度的心理反应,制定相应的护理对策有益于减少患者的心理反应。Objective To release the negative emotions and promote health. Methods Applying a questionaire to conduct investigates around the psychic reactions and their related factors. Results The positive efficiency is 35.94% and there are eight factors being very close with the patients. Finally, through analyzing, bring up methods to nursing management and psychic nursing accordingly. Conclusion People, who are suffering from chronic diseases, often have psychic reactions on different digrecs in the processes of hospitalizing.
