摘　　要：文章就高校图书馆建立和推行"学科馆员"制度过程中存在的困难和问题、对策措施及如何从"学科信息联络员"过渡到"学科馆员"的若干实践问题,进行了探索和分析。In this article, the authors do some valuable exploratory research and analysis on difficulties and problems in the process of establishing and carrying out the system of ＂Subject Librarian＂ in libraries of university, and give some resolutions as well. In addition, this article also focuses on the practice of transition from ＂Subject Information Liaison＂ to ＂subject librarian＂.
