摘　　要：目的:探讨27例恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后T细胞亚群变化。方法:采用流式细胞术对化疗前后T细胞亚群变化进行分析。结果:不论化疗方案如何,化疗前后T细胞亚群均无明显变化。结论:化疗对细胞免疫功能可能无影响。Objective：To explore the changes of T cell subset in patients with malignant tumors before and after chemotherapy.Methods： The results of T cell subset were analyzed before and after chemotherapy in patients by Flow Cytometry.Results： There was no significant difference between the patients before and after chemotherapy.Conclusion： Chemotherapy may not have any effect on the cellular immune function.
