摘 要:回顾了湖南省“八五”期间三系法杂交水稻育种所取得的主要成就及存在的问题。就三系法杂交水稻育种所面临的困境作了技术分析,并展望了“九五”以及提出了“九五”During the Eighth Five-year period, thirty three-line indica hybrid rice combinations, among which twelve were examined provincially, were developed, and five new CMS lines with good flowering habits, high outcrossing rate, strong disease resistance and good grain quality, passed the provincial technical identifications in Hunan Province. However, according to the results of regional yield trials, the newly-developed hybrid combinations except the late hybrid rices with medium maturity did not show an apparent yield advantage, and in terms of combining ability in grain yield, the new CMS lines were not much improved compared with the most commonly used V20A and Zhenshan 97A. Therefore, the primary breeding objectives in the next five-year period are to breed CMS lines with better grain quality and combining ability and to breed stronger restorer lines. The strategies and techaical measures for breeding three-line hybrid rice in the next five years were also put forward and discussed.
