摘  要:钻井污水是一种含有粘土粒子、电解质、钻井液添加剂及少量油的多组分分散体系,粘土颗粒基本处于胶体范围,ζ电位是该体系的重要特征。以模拟粘土悬浮液和实际钻井污水为对象,研究ζ电位的变化规律。研究表明,pH值和添加剂是影响ζ电位的主要因素。由于钻井液添加剂的存在,钻井污水ζ电位性质不同于单一粘土悬浮液,无机絮凝剂对ζ电位的影响大于有机絮凝剂,有机絮凝剂对ζ电位影响不明显。试验结果表明钻井污水絮凝机理是无机絮凝剂以吸附电中和与压缩双电层为主,有机絮凝剂则以吸附架桥为主。钻井污水的最佳处理工艺宜采用先投加无机絮凝剂后投加有机絮凝剂的处理方式。Drilling sewage is a multi-component dispersion system, which contains a lot of clay particles, electrolytes, drilling fluid additives and a little oil etc. The clay particles basically belong to colloid range, where the ζ electric potential is an important property of the system. The change of ζ electric potential of drilling sewage and clay suspension are determined. Results indicate that pH and drilling fluid additives are the main factors influencing the ζ electric potential, and the characteristics of drilling sewage are not the same with unique clay suspension liquid. Inorganic flocculant aluminum chloride and organic flocculant PAM affect the ζelectric potential of clay suspension liquid and drilling sewage. The ζelectric potential of drilling sewage appears higher selectivity to the kinds of aluminum chloride than PAM. Based on experiment, the results indicate that the depression of the double electronic layer, adsorption and charge neutralization by inorganic aluminum chloride and absorption bridging by PAM are the main mechanism for flocculantion of drilling sewage, the optimal operating method of drilling sewage is that the inorganic flocculant is put in ahead of PAM .
