摘 要:砂岩储层一般不能冒险进行酸压,要大幅度提高产能应采用水力压裂。针对新场气田新855井复杂砂岩储层岩性变化大,岩矿组成复杂,碳酸盐岩含量高,且在不同井段分布极不均匀等特点,提出采用新的酸压技术——平衡酸压闭合酸化技术对该储层实施酸压改造。对该酸压工艺的原理及其适用性进行了理论分析。通过大量室内试验,并考虑到该地层酸化时酸液需具备降滤失和延缓反应速度的特点,优选出以盐酸为主体酸的胶凝酸体系配合该酸压工艺。现场施工实践表明该酸液体系及酸压工艺对该类复杂砂岩储层是合理的。Generally sandstone reservoirs were not acidized at risks, hydraulic fracturing was used for greatly enhancing productivity. In allusion to the characteristics of severe lithological changes, complicated mineral composition, high carbonate content and its uneven distribution in different sections of complicated sandstone reservoirs in Well Xin855 of Xinchang Gas Field, it was proposed that new acid-fracturing technique——equilibrium acid-fracturing and closed acidizing technique was used for reservoir acid reconstruction. The acid fracturing principle and adaptability were theoretically analyzed and tested in laboratory, the characters of fluid loss and retarting the reaction time the acid fluid possessing were considered. The gelled acid system using hydrochloride as major acid was selected. Field application indicates that the acid system and technique are rational for the complicated sandstone reservoirs.
