紫貂枝原体感染的诊断与防制

摘　　要：对发病紫貂脏器涂片镜检、病原体分离、电镜检查 ,结合康复紫貂血清学检测呈阳性反应 ,确诊为肺枝原体 (M、Pulmonis)感染。用羊枝原体灭活疫苗进行接种免疫 ,结果表明 。To sable of disease causative isolation,microscopic eramination,to slide,electromicroscope examination and serological examination of the recovery sable being positive.The results showed thatsable was infactedby the mycoplas- ma pulmonis.Using inactivated vaccine of the mycoplasmain sheep showed that the vaccine is effective to prevention mycopasma infection in sable.
