摘　　要：在 1 995～ 1 997年间本文作者进行了 ELISA法与平板检测鹿布氏杆菌病的研究 ,研究结果表明 :ELISA法比平板法敏感。通过现场 30 0头份鹿血清的检测结果表明 ,前者比后者的检出率高 5.34%。前者的阳性血清中完全包括后者的阳性血清 ,同时在后者的可疑和阴性血清中 ,也可检出 ELISA阳性。ELISA for detecting antibodies against Brucellosis was researched during1 995～ 1 997.The results indicated that EL ISA has highersensitivity than RBPT and the clinical detection resulted in showing the detection rate by ELISA is coinciding exactly with RBPT Its rate is 5.34 % higher than RBPT,which can improve the detection rate of Brucellosis in deer and be diagnosed earlier
