摘 要:含砂原油除砂和含油砂净化处理是保证海上油田防砂失败油井正常生产和稠油冷采、适度防砂等先进采油技术成功应用的关键环节之一,在油田开发前期设计中须充分考虑。针对我国海上稠油油田原油性质及开发特点,提出了将掺水降粘、循环回掺热污水、密闭容器砂液分离、靠容器压力排泄砂液和水力旋流净化含油砂等工艺技术整合于一体的处理流程,整个处理系统具有结构紧凑、高效、节能和环保的特点。The sand removal from sandy oil and purification of oily sand is one of key links to guarantee the normal cold production of viscous oil wells as failure of sand control and the successful application of advanced oil recovery technique such as moderate sand control in offshore viscous oil field. It should be considered sufficiently in earlier design of oilfield development. In view of the oil properties and development features of offshore viscous oil fields in our country, reducing fluid viscosity by adding water or/and back-feeding hot waste water, separating fluid and sand in closed vessel, discharging sandy fluid by vessel pressure and cleaning oily sand by hydro-cyclone have been integrated into a processing flow. The integrated processing system is characterized by tight ar-rangement, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection.
