摘 要:针对PDC钻头钻井岩屑特别细小和稀少,岩屑含油性观察、描述、分析、鉴定十分困难的录井技术难题,综合应用现代地质、光学、数字图像、计算机等多项技术,研究开发了岩屑荧光数字图像分析仪和采集技术。经过50多口井的现场试应用,证实该仪器及配套技术性能可靠,重复性、稳定性好,资料应用范围广,有广泛的推广价值。该技术解决了PDC钻头钻井现场细小岩屑含油性识别及数字荧光图像采集、分析评价及传输问题,实现了岩屑含油信息的数字图像化采集、传输、存储和信息的无损性、永久性、异地共享应用,改变了传统荧光录井的基本技术模式,为数字化录井技术的开发与应用奠定了技术基础。In order to solve the difficult technical problem that the cuttings are fine and rare,oil bearing property in cuttings is very hard to observe,describe and identify during PDC bit drilling,the digital image acquisition instrument and technology of cutting fluorescence has been developed with the synthetic application of various technologies,such as modern geology,optics,digital image,computer etc.It has been demonstrated by wellsite trial use in more than 50 wells that the technical properties of the instrument and the matched technology are reliable,the repeatability and stability are well,data application range is wide and it has wide extending value.The technology has solved the problems of oil bearing property identification for fine cuttings on wellsite and digital fluorescence image acquisition,analysis and transmission,realized digital image acquisition,transmission and storage for cutting oil bearing information and the un-destructive,permanent and heterochthonous share application of the information,changed the basic mode of traditional fluorescence logging,and established the technical basis for the development and application of digitization logging technology.
