摘　　要：涟源钢铁集团有限公司型材厂在Φ650mm×1/Φ650mm×1/Φ400mm×2/Φ400mm×2/Φ500mm×2轧机上成功的开了∠100mm×63mm不等边角钢。文中介绍了∠100mm×63mm不等边角钢孔型系统的设计及轧制效果,着重论述怎样解决不等边角钢常见缺陷长腿偏长偏厚、短腿偏短偏薄和顶角容易塌角的问题。The∠100 × 63mm unequal angle steeel was successfally developed on the φ650 mm × 1/φ650mm × 1/ φ400mm × 2/φ400mm × 2/φ500mm × 2 rolling mills in Lianyuan iron and steel Group Co,. Ltd. This article makes an introduction of the pass design of the ∠ 100mm × 63mm and its roilling results, and emphatically discusses about how to resolve the common problem that the long leg of the unequal angle bar is to be on the longer and thicker side while the short leg on the shorter and thinner side the vertex angle easily gets flat.
