减少热连轧钢卷横折缺陷的研究

摘　　要：介绍减少热连轧钢卷横折缺陷的工艺研究和生产控制情况。采用合适的化学成分,提高轧后冷却速度、降低卷取温度、提高钢卷屈服强度等方法,可以既减少钢卷横折缺陷,又保证钢卷获得较好的综合性能。The process research on reducing the coil break defect of continuous hot - rolled strip and production control were introduced. And the methods, such as adopting proper chemical composition, improving as - rolled cooling speed, decreasing winding temperature, enhancing strip yield strength, not only reduce coil break of strip but also assure the better combined properties of strip .
