摘 要:胜利五号桩油田桩74块属特低渗高温深埋油藏,由于注采井距大,回注污水在炮眼、井筒及地层中结垢严重,导致注采井间难以建立有效的驱动体系和驱动压力梯度。针对注水效果差的问题,在该块采用缩小注采井距、建立行列式注采井网、通过优化钻井泥浆、完井设计,实施软化污水防垢、水力压裂引效等工艺,累积注采比达到1.6∶1,油井动液面回升,取得较好的开发效果。Zhuang-74 block at Wuhao zhuang Oilfield, Shengli, is a ultra low permeability reservoir of high temperature, which effectual flooding system and flooding pressure gradient are founded hardly between injection wells and production wells because of large producer-injector spacing and severe scaling among the perforation, wellbore and formation. Shortening producer-injector spacing and building linear rowed producer-injector net, optimizing drilling mud and well completion design are adopted in order to resolve the problems above. After taking these measures, such as softening water, scale prevention and hydrofracturing, are performed, better recovery efficiency is gained, accumulative injection-production ratio reaches 1.6:1 and liquid level of producers has been increased.
