摘  要:目的:磁性分离酶联免疫技术(MAIA法)是酶联免疫系磁性微粒分离技术相结合的一种测定方法。通过使用SEROZYME-I型磁性分离酶标仪,现就520例患者血清进行T3、T4、FT、FT4、TSH检测。方法:抽取患者空腹静脉血,分离血清,应用MAIA法按说明书进行T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH五项的检测。将测定结果按T3、FT3、T4、FT4升高、减低、正常分三组与TSH的变化进行比较分析。结果:在升高组中,T3、FT3、T4、FT4同步升高,TSH明显减低占52.33%(45/86例);T3、FT3正常,T4、FT4升高TSH减低占16.28%(14/86例);T3、FT3升高,T4、FT4正常,TSH减低占3.49%(3/86例)。在减低组中,T3、FT3、T4、FT4同步减低,TSH明显升高占40.63%(13/32例);T3、FT3正常,T4、FT4减低,TSH明显升高占18.75%(6/32);T3、FT3减低,T4、FT4正常,TSH明显升高占12.5%(4/32例)。正常组中,TSH减低的占2.74%(11/402例);TSH升高的占8.71%(35/402例);TSH正常的占88.81%(357/402例)。结论:应用MAIA法,进行T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH检测,对于甲状腺功能亢进和甲状腺功能低下的诊断、治疗及其它甲状腺功能异常鉴别有重要的临床意义。Objective: The magnetic resolution enzyme association immunity technology (the MAIA law) is the enzyme association immunity is one determination method which the magnetic particle separation technology unifies. Through uses the SEROZYME-I magnetic resolution enzyme sign meter, presently carries on T3, T4, FT, FT4, the TSH examination on 520 examples patients blood serum. Method: Extracts the patient empty stomach venous blood, the separation blood serum, carries on T3, T4, FT3, FT4, the TSH five examinations using the MAIA law according to the instruction booklet. Will determine the result according to T3, FT3, T4, FT4 elevates, decreases, the destiny three groups carries on the comparative analysis with the TSH change. Finally: In elevates in the group, T3, FT3, T4, FT4 synchronization elevates, TSH obviously decreases accounts for 52.33% (45,/86 example); T3, FT3 are normal, T4, FT4 elevate TSH to decrease accounts for 16.28% (14,/86 example); T3, FT3 elevate, T4, FT4 are normal, TSH decreases accounts for 3.49% (3,/86 example). In decreases in the group, T3, FT3, T4, FT4 synchronization decreases, TSH obviously elevates accounts for 40.63% (13,/32 example) ;T3, FT3 are normal, T4, FT4 decrease, TSH obviously elevates accounts for 18.75% (6,/32) ; T3, FT3 decrease, T4, FT4 are normal, TSH obviously elevates accounts for 12.5% (4,/32 example). In the normal group, TSH decreases accounts for 2.74% (11/,402 example) ; TSH elevates accounts for 8.71% (35/,402 example); TSH normal accounts for 88.81% (3.57/402 million example). Conclusion: Using the MAIA law, carries on T3, T4, FT3, FT4, the TSH examination, regarding the thyroid function hyperfunetion and the thyroid function low diagnosis, the treatment and other thyroid functions exceptionally distinguishes has the vital clinical significance.
