摘　　要：Ⅰ度P波切迹（P波时限〈0.11秒）多无临床意义;Ⅱ度P波切迹（为间歇性P波切迹改变）提示不全性左房内阻滞;Ⅲ度P波切迹（P波时限≥0.11秒）可能为左房大或Ⅲ度不全性左房内阻滞,多有一定临床意义。ⅠP wave to cut the mark （P wave time limit〈0. 11 second） many not clinical significances; ⅡP wave cuts the mark （to cut mark change for the intermittent P wave） to prompt entire left atrium in not to hinder; Ⅲ P wave cuts the mark （P wave time limit≥0. 11 second） for left atrium to be possibly big or Ⅲ entire left atrium in does not hinder, has the certainly clinical significance.
