人工杉木用材林资产评估方法的研究

摘　　要：以安徽省休宁县人工杉木林为对象，研究在一定时点上能够从货币单位表述的用材林的价值。具体研究内容是对用材林的实物量和价值量进行测算和评估，提出一套用材林资产评估方法。Base on the studies of plantation of Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) in Xiuning county of Anhui province,the value of timber plantation, in term of monetary,can be determined at given growth stage and stand of the forest.The major emphasis of the research programme were laid on measurement and evaluation of timber production and timber value as well.Meanwhile,both evaluation method of estate value for timber plantation and number lists of plantation management were established in this paper.
