摘　　要：将转炉炉底和炉身的连接方式由活动连接改为固定连接，不仅可以有效解决炉役中后期接缝部位安全问题，而且也可缓解转炉耳轴、堤坡等部位的侵蚀，达到炉衬侵蚀均匀，保证良好的后期炉型．从而有效解决溅渣高炉龄转炉炉型控制问题。同时，还可方便转炉的操作、品种的冶炼，减少打炉底销钉的时间，促进品种的安排和生产计划的完成。only can solve journal section profile in later Changing flexible connecting mode of converter bottom and body to fixed mode not seam safe problem during middle and later furnace time but also abate corrosion of and slope of converter so as to corrode furnace line evenly and protect good furnace stage. These can solve effectively furnace profile problem in high spatter slag furnaceage and convenience operation and variety smelting, and at the same time to reduce the time of fixing pins in furnace bottom and promote the variety arrangement and finish production plan.
