摘　　要：阐述了在武钢第一炼钢厂条件下生产高碳钢时浇铸温度的控制措施。通过改善钢包、中包的保温效果，并采用合理的LF炉温度控制模式，可以使得高碳钢在进行低拉速浇铸时获得稳定且较低的过热度．从而有效降低铸坯碳偏析。The countermeasures for controlling the casting temperature for producing high carbon steel under the present conditions of No.1 Steelmaking Plant were elaborated. The high carbon steelcan get stable and lower degree of superheat with low casting speed through improving the insulation effects in ladle and tundish and adopting reasonable temperature controlling mode of LF furnace to reduce the carbon segregation of blank effectively.
