摘　　要：根据分析韶钢第三炼钢厂2号板坯连铸机生产Q345B钢连续发生8起粘结漏钢的原因，并从保护渣、结晶器参数以及工艺操作等方面针对性地制定了预防措施，杜绝了粘结漏钢事故，稳定了生产。The preventive measures against protective slag, mould parameters and technical process were prepared by analyzing the causes for 8 accidents of sticking and breakout while producing Q345 Steel in No.2 Slab Caster of No.3 Steelmaking Plant to stop this kind of sticking and breakout accident and stabilize production.
