连铸板坯中间裂纹成因分析及改进措施

摘　　要：通过对铸坯的低倍检验和中间裂纹部位的电镜扫描，分析了连铸板坯中间裂纹的位置和成因，提出了从钢水成分、二冷配水、铸机设备状况、钢水过热度、拉速等方面的改进措施，使连铸坯中间裂纹的发生率和级别大幅度下降。Through scanning the macroscopic structure of slab and the positions by electron microscope, the positions and origins of central cracks in continuous casting slab were analyzed, and the countermeasures of chemical compositions of liquid steel, secondary cooling water distribution, caster status, degree of superheat of liquid steel and casting speed were put forward to reduce the originating rate and level of central cracks greatly.
