摘  要:武钢第二炼钢厂冶炼WDER650时钛成分不合格必须回炉。原来冶炼WDER650的工艺路线是:转炉出钢过程中,FeTi随其它合金一起加入到大罐,钢水出完后到吹氩站微调成分。由于不同炉次钢水氧化性强弱不同,FeTi收得率不稳定,成分波动较大,在吹氩站调整时仍有钛成分调整不当,导致钛低回炉及钛成分在边缘值的炉数较多。改进后的工艺路线为:出钢前进行预脱氧,出完后到吹氩站加铝线吹氩,钢水氧含量大大降低,再加入FeTi,收得率非常稳定,获得了良好的效果。The WDER650 Steel shall be return back to furnace when Titanium content cannot meet the requirement. The original process for smelting WDER650 Steel is as follow: FeTi was added into ladle with other alloys while converter tapping and would be trimmed in argon bubbling station after tapping. The recovery rate of FeTi and liquid steel composition were unstable because of different liquid steel oxidability in different heats, and furthermore, it could not get proper titanium content even in trimming resulting in producing more unqualified steels with low titanium content and the unqualified heats with limit values of titanium content. The present process after improvement is as follow: liquid steel shall be pre-oxidized before tapping, aluminum wire will be fed and argon bubbling will be carried out in argon bubbling station after tapping to reduce oxygen content in liquid steel greatly, and furthermore, the FeTi will be added to make stable recovery rate and good effect.
