调肺养心颗粒治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察调肺养心颗粒治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法120例门诊患儿随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例,治疗组口服调肺养心颗粒,对照组口服玉丹荣心丸,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果两组患儿病情均有所好转,总有效率无统计意义,但在痊愈率方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调肺养心颗粒治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效可靠、安全,未发现不良反应,有临床推广使用的价值。Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of Tiaofei Yangxin Granular for viral myocarditis in children. Methods 120 outpatients were divided into treatment group（60 cases） and control group （60 cases）. The treatment group oral Tiaofei Yangxin Granular, while the control group oral Yudan Rongxin Pill. Observed the therapeutic effect after 2 courses of treatment. Results The state of illness in 2 groups had been better, but here was no different in total effective rates. While the treatment group was superior than the control group in cure rates （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion There was better therapeutic effect in Tiaofei Yangxin Granular for viral myocarditis in children and side effect been found. So can be extended in clinic.
