摘 要:应用铁炭法工艺处理含有硝基苯类废水,主要是利用单质铁的还原性质,它可将难生物降解的硝基苯先还原生成亚硝基苯,然后再进一步还原成可生物降解的苯胺。影响反应工艺的因素主要有:反应体系的反应温度、pH值、Eh值、污染物在反应器内的驻留时间、铁炭比和铁屑粒径等。实验得出,在室温和酸性条件下,选择粒径为0.1~2mm的铁屑,控制铁炭比为5:1,当反应时间为60min,硝基苯的还原率可达83.1%;当反应时间为120min时,硝基苯的还原率可达到97.4%。The treatment of nitrobenzene contaminated wastewater by iron-carbon method is to utilize the reducing property of simple substance iron which can deoxidize those organics such as nitrobenzene which are hard or impossible to be degraded biologically to sub-nitrobenzene,and further to aniline which is easily biologically degraded.Factors working on the reaction mechanism include temperature,pH,Eh numerical value,retention time of contaminants in the reactor,proportion of iron and carbon and the diameter of granulose iron.Results indicated that in room temperature and acidic conditions,with granulose iron of a diameter of 0.1~2mm,with the iron and carbon in the proportion of 5∶1,the deoxidization percent of nitrobenzene could reach 83.1% in 60min and 97.4% in 120min.
