摘　　要：目的:探讨整体护理对气管切开病人的作用。方法:对47例气管切开病人实施系统化整体护理,观察带管时间,是否发生并发症,以明确整体护理对气管切开病人的作用。结果:47例气管切开病人的带管时间明显缩短,并发症减少。结论:系统化整体护理提高了对气管切开病人的护理质量,缩短了带管时间,减少了并发症的发生。Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing care on patients underwent tracheotomy. Method The systematic holistic nursing care was carried on 47 patients underwent tracheotomy. The persistent time of taking cannula and the complications involved with traeheotomy were observed,in order to examine the effect of holistic nursing care on patients underwent tracheotomy. Results The persistent time of taking cannula was shortened obviously and the occurrence of the complications lowered. Conclusion The systematic holistic nursing care can improve the quality of nursing care in patients underwent tracheotomy, shorten the persistent time of taking cannula and decrease the occurrence of the complications involved with tracheotomy.
