PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE FERTILITY CRITICAL TEMPERATURE OF PHOTO PTHERMO- SENSITIVE STERILE RICE LINES

摘  要:在人工气候室长日低温(昼/夜:24℃/20℃,光长14.5h)和武汉自然短日高温条件下,分别研究了7个光温敏不育系育性临界温度。结果表明,供试光温敏不育系对低温敏感期大致为雌雄蕊形成期至花粉母细胞减数分裂期,以套袋结实率为指标时,长日不育的下限温度次序为W6154s>W7415s,N58s>33001s,N5047s,31111s,N5088s;在武汉秋季自然短日高温条件下,粳型光敏不育系N58s,33001s,N5088s和N5047s的套袋结实率与抽穗前20~10d的日均温呈显著负相关,31111s的套袋结实率也与其抽穗前15~5d的日均温呈显著负相关,短日可育上限日均温范围为28.76~32.38℃,各品种次序为33001s>N5088s>N5047s>N58s>31111s。Fertility critical temperature of photoperiod-thermo sensitive sterile rice lines tested had been studied,under phytotron long daylight and low temperature conditions, as well as Wuhan autumn natural short daylight and high temperature conditions respectively. The results demonstrated that, the low temperture sensitive stages of photoperiodthermo sensitive sterile lines were roughly from stamen and pistil primordium formation to pollen mother cell meiotic division stage. In terms of bagged set seed percentage, the minimum temperature order of long daylight sterility was W6154s; W7415s, N58s; 33001s; N5047s, 31111s, N5088s; Under Wuhan autumn natural short daylight and high temperature conditions, the bagged set seed percentage of japonical photoperiod sensitive sterile rices such as N58s, 33001s, N5088s and N5047s was significantly negative correlated with the day mean temperatuare of twenty to ten days before heading. And moreover, that of 31111s was significantly negative correleted to the day mean temperature of fifteen to five days before heading, daily mean tempereture spectrum of fertility, under short daylight conditions, was between 28.76℃ and 32.38℃. The sequenee of that was 33001s, N5088s, N5047s, N58s, 31111s.
