甘蓝型油菜核不育材料90-2441A的遗传及其等位性分析

摘　　要：对甘蓝型油菜雄性核不育材料９０－２４４１Ａ进行遗传分析，结果表明：９０－２４４１Ａ核不育受２对隐性重叠基因控制，甘蓝型油菜均可作为它的恢复系；等位性测验表明：９０－２４４１Ａ，１１７Ａ，Ｓ４５Ａ均受２个相同位点的隐性重叠基因控制。Studied on inheritance of the genetic male sterile rapeseed 902441A was presented in this paper. The result showed that the rapeseed GMS 902441A was controlled by two pairs of recessive duplicate genes. All varieties ( B.napus ) could be used as its restoring lines.Another result of isolocustesting indicated that 902441A, 117A and S45A were controlled by the same genes, and they could be classified in the identical type.
