摘 要:应用电镜对安哥拉山羊及其杂交各代羊被毛纤维的鳞片超微结构进行了观察,并对马海毛及各类杂交马海毛型羊毛的光泽度进行了测试比较,结果表明:随着级进代数的增加,各代马海毛型羊毛的鳞片超微结构趋向于马海毛,到F3与马海毛极相似;各类马海毛型羊毛的光泽度与马海毛接近。Epidermal fibre scale of Angora goats and the hybrid generations were observed with electron microscopy, and the luster degree of mohair and mohair type fibres of the hybrid generations were determined and compared in this paper. The result showed that with upgrading,epidermal scale ultrastructure of mohair type fibres tended to be close to that of mohair,and became quite similar to that of mohair to the generation F 3; The luster degree of mohair type fibres in each hybrid generation was also close to that of mohair,with most luster index higher than those of wool fibres.
