摘 要:利用MPM(material point method)计算方法,以爆炸焊接作为实例,对炸药滑移爆轰过程和金属飞板与基板之间的碰撞变形进行了数值模拟.并将无网格MPM法的数值计算结果与近似解析公式的计算结果进行了比较,二者基本吻合,有力地证明了无网格MPM法在求解爆炸冲击问题中的有效性和健壮性.MPM is one of meshless method, with many advantages in numerical simulations of explosion shock and large deformation problems as compared with other methods in the literature. The essential idea of MPM is to take advantages of both the Eurlerian and Lagrangian methods, and to represent any continuum body by a finite collection of material points with lumped mass. Because MPM does not invoke master/slave nodes and remeshing, some difficulties in the finite element method can be avoided. MPM algorithm is briefly introduced in this paper. As an instance of slippage detonation, the explosive welding, including explosion and large deformation between the flyer plate and base plate under blast load, can be simulated with MPM. A problem involving elastic-plastic deformation and detonation is calculated using MPM and results are compared with analytical ones, which shows the reliability of MPM. The validity and high efficiency of MPM are proved in problems of explosion and shock.
