摘  要:目的探讨不同浓度碘对60日龄仔鼠垂体TSH细胞的影响。方法将断乳1个月的Wistar大鼠仔鼠,雌雄各半随机分为5组:NI组、10HI组、50HI组、100HI及LI组。饲养3个月的雌雄大鼠1∶1合笼交配产生仔鼠,断乳后的仔鼠喂养同上述大鼠。测定60日龄仔鼠垂体TSH细胞的体密度、强阳性细胞百分数及甲状腺的相对重量、血清甲状腺激素水平。结果50HI、100HI组仔鼠垂体TSH细胞的体密度、强阳性细胞百分数及血清T4明显高于NI组,LI组垂体TSH细胞的体密度明显高于NI组、血清T4明显低于NI组,各碘过量组甲状腺的相对重量与NI组相比没有差别,LI组仔鼠甲状腺的相对重量明显高于NI组。结论碘缺乏对甲状腺、垂体TSH细胞的影响要强于碘过量对甲状腺、垂体TSH细胞所造成的影响。Objective To study the effects of different iodine concentrations on TSH cells in 60-day postnatal Wistar rats. Methods Wistar rats, 1 month after stopping laction, were divided into 5 groups: normol iodine group (NI) ; 10, 50 and 100 times of normal iodine groups (10HI, 50HI and 100HI) and low iodone group (LI) After 3 months the female and male rats were mated by 1 : 1 and produced postnatal rats. The feeding of postnatal rats was the same as that of parental rats. When the postnatal rats were 60 days, we analyzed the volume density (Vv) of TSH cells and the number of the strongly positive TSH cells, and measured the relative weight of thyroid and the concentration of thyroid hormones (T3, T4) in the serum. Results Compared with those in the NI group,the volume density, the number of the strongly positive TSH cells and the concentratin of T4 were increased significantly in 50HI and 100HI groups. Compared with those in the NI group, the volume density of TSH cells and the relative weight of thyroid were significantly increased and the concentration of T4 in serum was decreased significantly in the LI group. Conclusion Effects of iodine deficiency on TSH cells and thyroid were stronger than those of iodine excess on them.
