摘　　要：本文对都市旅游业的演化机制进行了理论推导,指出了艺术园区作为旅游资源出现的背景和原因,并用北京三大艺术园区的实际发展过程对这一理论推导进行了实证研究,在此基础上对都市旅游业的发展提出了相关的对策和建议。This paper deducts the evolvement mechanism of the city tourism industry theoretically. It also points out the conditions and factors that influence the art districts to become one of tourism attractions. In order to demonstrate the academic deduction. We use positive research method and choose the development of three Beijing art districts as example. At last, we put forward some proposals and suggestions on the development of city tourism industry.
