摘 要:针对原化工废水处理工艺存在的问题,采用生物接触氧化工艺改造原脉冲混凝澄清过滤工艺。改造后的运行结果表明:进水COD为121mg/L,出水COD为89mg/L;进水NH3-N为17.44mg/L,出水NH3-N为10.77mg/L,对COD和NH3-N的去除率比脉冲澄清工艺分别提高8.55%和30.13%。废水处理后回用于带式机作为冲洗水,脱水车间空气中各项有毒物质的含量未超过国家标准,可节水87.6×104m3/a,减少取水费用为36万元/a,具有较好的环境和经济效益。In order to solve the problems in former chemical wastewater treatment process, the biological contact oxidation process was used to renovate the previous pulse contact flocculation filter. Results show that COD concentration is decreased from 121 mg/L in the influent to 89 mg/L in the effluent, NH3 - N concentration is decreased from 17.44 mg/L in the influent to 10.77 mg/L in the effluent, and the removal efficiencies of COD and NH3 - N are increased by 8.55% and 30.13% compared with the previous process. The content of the toxic materials in air in dewatering shop does not exceed the national standards. The treated wastewater can be reused as washing water for belt press, which can save 876 thousand tons of water per year and 360 thousand Yuan for water intake fees per year, with good environmental and economic benefits.
