摘  要:目的比较氟化微量元素制剂对变形链球菌葡萄糖基转移酶活性的抑制作用。方法含相同氟浓度的5种氟化微量元素制剂(氟化锌、氟化镧、氟化亚锡、氟化锶、氟钼酸铵)和氟化钠分别加入到含变形链球菌悬液的TYC培养基中,采用Ne-son-Somogyi法,观察变形链球菌葡萄糖基转移酶活性的变化。结果氟化钠、氟化锌、氟化锶、氟化亚锡、氟化镧、氟钼酸铵制剂均有抑制变形链球菌ATCC25175葡萄糖基转移酶活性的作用,其中尤以氟化亚锡抑制作用最强(P<0.05)。结论锡可提高氟化物的防龋生物活性,在抑菌防龋方面,氟化微量元素有广泛的应用前景。Objective To eompare the inhibition to S. mutans' glueosyltransferase given by 6 traee element agents eontaining fluoride in the same eoneentration ahd try to find more effective materials to inhibit dental earies. Methods Six traee element agents eontaining fluoride [NaF, ZnF2, LaFs, SrF2, SnF2, (NH4)2MoO2F4] in the same eoneentration were selected. Neson-Somogyi technique was used to assess the inhibition of different agents to the aetivity of S. mutans' glueosyltransferase. Result SnF2 had the strongest inhibiting effects to S. mutans' glueosyltransferase( P 〈 0.05). Coneluslons The inhibiting effects to S. mutans' glueosyltransferase given by fluoride eould be improved obviously when it was with Sn. The effects of traee element agents eontaining fluoride to prevent the happening of dental earies should be highly thought of.
