摘 要:为进行废水除磷的研究,该文采用共聚法制备除污染型聚硅酸铁(PSF)混凝剂,研究PSF的水解规律,并应用透射电镜(TEM)、光子相关光谱法(PCS)及烧杯搅拌实验,对比研究PSF与复合铝铁(PFA)的微观性质(微观形态及粒径分布)及其除磷效能,初步探讨PSF的除磷机理。结果发现:PSF除磷机理主要是配位吸附作用,Fe3+与PO43-的沉淀反应只占少部分。PSF除磷最佳金属与磷的摩尔比为0.6~1.2,而在该范围内PSF除磷效率比PFA高出30%多。PSF除磷的最佳pH为7~12,而PFA仅为11~12。混凝剂除磷性能的优劣主要取决于微观性质,而PSF独特的微观特征正是其具有优异除磷效能的原因之一。An inorganic polymer coagulant, poly-silicic-ferric (PSF), was prepared by copolymerization for phosphorus removal. Hydrolysis of the coagulant was studied, along with the morphology measured with a transmission electron microscope and species size distribution (photon correlation spectra). The total phosphorus removal by the coagulant was compared to that of polyferric aluminum (PFA). The results show that PSF mainly removes total phosphorus by adsorption/complexation, in which FePO4 precipitation contributes a small amount. The optimal metal to phosphorus molar ratio for phosphorus removal is from 0. 6 - 1.2 over which PSF gives 30% more total phosphorus removal than PFA. The optimal pH for phosphorus removal by PSF is from 7 to 12, in comparison to 11-12 for PFA. The total phosphorus removal mainly depends on the coagulant characteristics with the particular characteristics of PSF giving the excellent phosphorus removal efficiency.
