摘 要:对燃耗测量过程的自动管理是10 MW球床式高温气冷堆集散控制系统的重要组成部分,目前元件球的燃耗只能采用手动模式进行测量。为提高运行效率,该文设计了燃耗自动测量流程。采用串行异步的方式实现实时数据通信,通过组态软件在上位机开发用户监控界面,由此实现了燃耗测量流程的全数字化控制,替代了原模拟屏与操作台结合的监控方式。现场调试结果表明该系统功能完整,界面友好,能够满足实际运行需要。Burn-up measurement is a crucial element of the distributed control system (DCS) for the 10 MW high temperature gas cooled reactor. The burn-up of cell balls can only be measured manually at present. An autoflow of measurement was designed to raise operational efficiency. Real-time data communication was implemented based on the technology of serial asynchronous and monitoring interfaces were developed by using configuration software in position machine. A digitized burn-up monitoring system was developed to replace the original .simulator screen and control console. System tests show that the monitoring system has complete functions, friendly interfaces and will meet 10 MW temperature gas cooled reactor operating needs.
