摘　　要：１９９６年９月以来青岛地区发生一种新病，我们进行了流行病学调查、临床症状、病理剖检、实验室诊断、病毒分离、电镜观察、回归试验、疫苗研制等一系列研究。确诊为鸡腺胃型传染性支气管炎。Outbreaks of a new infectious disease occurred in poultry farms since september 1996 affecting 25-70 day old chicken growers,characterised by extreme emaciation,diarrhea and death.Postmortem examination reveaied glandular stomach swelling, hemarrhage and ulceration in the mucous membrane of glandular stomach .The disease was diagnosed as glanducar stomach type infectious bronchitis based on epidemiological investigation, clinical signs, postmortem examination laboratory tests,vires isolation, EM observation and animal experiments, Vaccine was prepared with the local isolate and was tried to prevent and control the disease with quite good results.
