强直性脊柱炎VEGF、C-RP血清水平及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及C反应蛋白(C-RP)水平的变化及临床意义。方法:采用ELISA检测AS组(HLA-B27阳性48例,HLA-B27阴性12例)和对照组(30例健康者)血清中VEGF水平,采用速率散射比浊法检测两组血清中C-RP水平。结果:HLA-B27阳性组和阴性组血清VEGF水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且HLA-B27阳性组血清VEGF水平显著高于HLA-B27阴性组(P<0.05);AS组血清C-RP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。VEGF与C-RP具有良好的相关性(r=0.371,P=0.001)。结论:VEGF是与AS发病相关的细胞因子,与C-RP联合测定可以有效的应用于AS辅助诊断和疾病的监测。Objective： To discuss the clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） and C-reactive protein（C-RP） by determining the serum level in patients with ankylosing spondylitis（AS）. Methods： The serum level of VEGF was determined by ELISA in patients with AS and in healthy cases.The serum level of C-RP was determined by rate nephelometry in the two groups. Results： The serum level of VEGF both in HLA-B27 positive group and HLA-B27 negative group were especially higher than those in the compared group（P〈0.05）. And the serum level of VEGF in HLA-B27 positive group was also especially higher than that in HLA-B27 negative group （P〈0.05）. The serum level of C-RP in AS group was especially higher than that in the compared group（P〈0.05）. VEGF correlates with C-RP（r=0.371, P=0.001）.Conclusion： VEGF is an important cytokine in the inflammation processes of AS, and is helpful in diagnosis and disease inspecting with CRP.
