摘　　要：针对建筑物基础局部卸载,取地基土进行试验,得到地基土回弹模量,利用土力学原理,对基础的回弹量进行分析,提出相应的处理措施,保证未拆除建筑的安全和正常使用,供工程技术人员在工程实践中参考。Aimed at the problem of local unloading of building foundation, taking foundation soil to test, the author got the resilience modulus of soil, based on the use of soft mechanics and the rebound volume analysis, the corresponding measures to deal with the demolition d buildings to guarantee the safety and normal use, which can be proposed as a reference for engineers in engineering practice.
