摘 要:通过溶液共聚法制备了不同接枝率的马来酸酐接枝SBS(MAH-g-SBS),采用红外光谱(FTIR)对MAH-g-SBS的结构进行了表征。以不同接枝率的MAH-g-SBS为改性剂,制备了MAH-g-SBS改性沥青灌缝材料,研究了MAH-g-SBS的接枝率对改性沥青灌缝材料性能的影响。结果表明,在SBS分子链上已接枝上MAH,MAH-g-SBS可以明显提高改性沥青灌缝材料的粘结强度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和低温柔韧性,且改性效果随接枝率增大而提高。Maleic anhydride grafted SBS (MAH-g-SBS) of different grafting ratio was prepared by solution graft copolymerization. Structure of MAH-g-SBS was characterized by FTIR. MAH-g-SBS modified asphalt crack filling material was prepared with MAH-g-SBS of different grafting ratio. Effect of the grafting ratio on properties of MAH-g-SBS modified asphalt crack filling material was investigated. Mechanical properties testing result indicated thar the adhesive strength, tensile strength, breaking elongation and low temperature flexibility of the crack filling material were greatly improved by MAH-g-SBS. Furthermore, the higher the grafting ratio was, the greater the effect exhibited.
