摘 要:分别用浓度为1.0%和1.5%浓度的氯钾离子共体液在黄瓜子叶期和第1真叶期进行两次诱导处理后(叶部喷施),对黄瓜幼苗体内的几丁质酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性进行了测定。结果表明:诱导后黄瓜幼苗体内的几丁质酶活性和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性都有1个先高后低的变化规律。其中几丁质酶活性处理均显著高于对照,且1.5%浓度的处理几丁质酶活性也高于1.0%处理的。用1.0%和1.5%浓度的氯钾离子共体液诱导后黄瓜幼苗体内的β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性也都显著高于对照。 The cucumber seedlings were induced with copolymer of chlorine and potassium ions of 1.0%and 1.5% concentration at the stage of cotyledon and the first true leaf,then chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase activity in cotyledon and true leaves were measured.The results showed that they are changed in the activity of chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase after plants were induced with different concentration copolymer of chorine and potassium ions.They increased firstly,and then decreased.Activity of chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase after plants were induced were all higher than that of the control.And the activity of chitinase after plants were induced with copolymer of chlorine and potassium ions with 1.5% concentration was also higher than the one after plants were induced by copolymer of chorine and potassium ions with 1.0% concentration.
