番泻叶浸剂预防胸腰椎术后便秘的护理观察

摘　　要：目的观察胸腰椎手术患者应用番泻叶浸剂预防术后便秘的效果。方法将165例胸腰椎手术患者随机分为治疗组(85例)和对照组(80例),两组均给予常规术前、术后护理,在此基础上,治疗组于术前1d给予5g番泻叶浸剂1 000ml进行肠道准备,术后第2天,给予1.5g番泻叶浸剂1 000ml分次服用,对照组仅服1 000ml白开水。记录两组排便时间及是否有便秘的发生。结果治疗组术后便秘发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论适时、适量的应用番泻叶浸剂可有效地预防胸腰椎术后便秘的发生。Objective To evaluate the effect of preventive constipation with senna soup in the patient after the thoracolumbar operation. Methods One hundred and sixty-five patients were divided into two groups randomly. The observation group （85 cases） was administered orally 1 000ml senna soup infused 5g senna to clean intestines on ld before operation, and the patients were administered orally with 1 000ml senna soup infused 1.5g senna on the second day postoperatively. The time of the defecation and constipation was recorded. In control group （80 cases）, water was used instead of senna soup. Results The incidence of constipation postoperatively in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The suitable use of the senna can prevent the constipation in the patient after thoracolumbar spine operation.
