摘  要:目的对冰格保存后的冻干质控血清的解冻方式进行探讨。方法将冻干质控血清复溶后,分装置普通冰箱冰格(-20℃)保存,分别采用(24±2)℃和(37±0.5)℃两种解冻温度下,5个不同解冻时间(5、30、60、90、120min)进行解冻,然后测定ALT、AST等23个生化项目,计算各项目检测结果的xs、和相对偏差。结果在(24±2)℃30min解冻条件下,除了TG的测定结果与基准值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)外,ALT、AST等其余22个生化项目的测定结果与基准值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);在(37±0.5)℃5min解冻条件下,除了ALT、UA的测定结果与基准值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)外,AST、ALP等其余21个项目的测定结果与基准值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);在(24±2)℃解冻温度下的TG和(37±0.5)℃解冻温度下的ALT、UA,5个不同解冻时间的测定结果与基准值虽差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但其相对偏差均在临床允许误差范围内。结论冻干质控血清冰格(-20℃)保存后,以置室温(24±2)℃30min解冻为宜。在时间紧急或室温条件难以控制的情况下,亦可采用水浴(37±0.5)℃5min迅速解冻。Objeetive To discuss the defrosting manner of the lyophilised quality control serum. Methods The lyophilised quality control serum stored at -20℃ after resolved was defrosted separately at different temperature (24±2) ℃ and (37±0.5) ℃ and different time(5,30,60,90,120 min), respectively. Twenty-three kinds of items ( such as ALT, AST etc. ) of the quality control serum were detected. Results There were no significant differences of all items except TG when the lyophilised quality control serum was defrosted at(24±2)℃ for 30 min. And for that at (37±0.5)℃ for 5 min ,only ALT and UA changed a little significantly. The deviation of TG,ALT and UA was within error range. Conlusion The lyophilised quality control serum should be defrosted at (24±2)℃ for 30 min after storage at -20℃. And it might be defrosted at (37±0.5) ℃ for 5 min when the time is urgent or the room temperature is out of control.
