显影液原液配制设计方案

摘　　要：根据等离子屏、LCD、TFT等平板显示器生产工艺要求对显影液的配制需设置显影液原液初配、稀释处理、浓度滴定等环节,而每一环节都必须进行浓度管理。上海松下等离子显示器有限公司引进了日本全套等离子屏的生产线,表面板、背面板都是在洁净车间进行生产(CLASS 10000),早期表面板显影生产线的显影原液初配也是在洁净车间进行。配制原液所采用的原料为袋装Na2CO3粉,尽管原液的配制在洁净车间内所增设的房间内进行,但添加Na2CO3粉所产生的扬尘还是对洁净车间内的洁净度造成了不利的影响,从而对成品率也产生了一定的影响,并且配制原液时需停机进行,基于此,我们设计制造了一台显影液原液初配装置安装在洁净车间外,并采用洁净PVC管道远程输送至洁净车间内的原液搅拌槽内,既避免了对洁净车间洁净环境的破坏,也一定程度地减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。In flat panel displays （Plasm Panel ,LCD and TFT ） industry, the development process is the production of process, the developer of image management concentration effect plays a vital role. Solution preparation of materials used for bags of sodium carbonate powder, despite the preparation of the stock solution in the cleansing workshop the additional room,but the addition of Na2CO3 powder dust generated by the workshop or to clean the cleanliness of the negative impact which the yield has also had a certain impact, and when the preparation of dope take stands, based on this, we design and manufacture of a developer early dope distribution devices installed in the clean workshop, using PVC pipe cleaner to clean remote transmission of the workshop dope stirred tank, to avoid both a clean shop clean environmental damage, but also to a certain extent reduce the labor workers intensity and raise the efficiency of production.
