摘　　要：机动车停车场地经营者与机动车车主之间的法律关系可以分为合同关系和合同附随义务关系。在机动车被盗案件中,停车场地经营者在不同的法律关系中承担着不同的民事责任。The of law relation between the park manager and the automobile owner can be divided into the contact relation and the legal duty relation. In the automobile stolen case, the park manager assumes different civil liability under various relations.
