摘  要:通过盆栽试验研究了3个供水水平下小麦根系分泌物间甲酚对小麦、蚕豆产量和物质分配规律的影响。结果表明,在75%和60%的供水水平下,间甲酚对小麦产量具有明显的降低作用,但在45%供水水平下对小麦经济产量和收获指数表现为提高作用,供水与间甲酚对小麦产量产生的互作效应显著;浓度为300×10-6mol/kg土的间甲酚,在75%的供水水平下可提高蚕豆的产量,供水水平降低时蚕豆产量显著降低。间甲酚对小麦、蚕豆的根冠比均有不同程度的增大作用;间甲酚作用下,小麦干物质在根系中的分配比例随供水水平的降低而降低,无间甲酚时干物质在根系中的分配比例随供水量的减少而增大,蚕豆干物质在根冠中的分配随供水量的变化不受间甲酚的影响。在75%和60%供水处理中,间甲酚使小麦叶片干物重比例增大、穗干物重比例降低;75%的供水条件下,间甲酚有利于蚕豆叶片光合产物的输出,提高蚕豆的经济产量,供水量降低时间甲酚不利于蚕豆光合产物向经济器官的转移。A pot experiment was carded out at 3 water supply rates of 75%,60% and 45%(field moisture capacity) ,to investigated the effect of 3-methyl-phenol on the yield and dry matter distribution of wheat and faba-bean. The results as following:the 3-methyl-phenol can significantly decrease the yield of wheat at the water supply rates of 75% and 60%, but it can improve the economic yield and harvest index of wheat at 45% water supply rate,the interaction effect of 3-methyl-phenol and water supply rates on the yield of wheat is significant; with 75% water supply,3-methyl-phenol at the concentration of 300×10^6mol/kg. Soil can increase the yield of faba-bean,as the water supply rate decrease the yield of faba-bean are decreased significantly.The 3-methyl-phenol can increase the ratio of root weight and canopy weight(R/C);in the wheat treatments with 3-methyl-phenol, the R/C is decrease as the water supply rate decrease, but it is reverse in the treatment without 3-methyl-phenol;the R/C change trend of faba-bcan is similar in the treatments with or without 3-methyl-phenol at different water supply rates. The 3-methyl-phenol can prevent the transform of the dry matter that stored in the leaf of wheat at the water supply rates of 60% and 75%,and the weight proportion of wheat spike is dccreased;at water supply rate of 75%, the 3-methyl-phenol can improve the transform of the dry matter stored in the leaf of faba-bcan and increase the economic yield of faba-bcan,as the water supply rate is decrease the effect of 3-methyl-phenol on the transform of the dry matter in faba-bcan is reverse.
