摘　　要：针对洞巴水电站工程施工中出现的两大主要问题:采石场优化问题和大坝面板混凝土施工时段问题,论述了决策的理由和结果,并总结已取得的成功经验。Two major issues in Dongba Hydropower Station Construction,i.e.quarry optimization and dam＇s face concrete construction time are concerned in this paper.The reasons on which decisions related to the two issues are made,results as well as successive experiences are presented.
