摘　　要：论述了风险及风险管理的概念和基本原理,系统全面地提出了压力管道风险管理理论,并从压力管道风险识别、风险分析、风险估算、风险评价、风险决策、风险控制和风险管理地理信息系统7个方面进行理论推导与论证,形成了完整的压力管道风险管理理论体系。The concepts and basic principles of the risk and risk management, and the pressure pipeline risk management theory were described systematically. This theory is introduced and proven from seven aspects including the identification, analysis, estimation, evaluation, decision, control of the pressure pipeline risk, and the geographical information system of the pressure pipeline risk management.
