摘  要:对3种不同几何尺寸的波节管和光管的换热及其阻力特性进行了试验研究,结果表明,波节的存在增加了对流体流动的扰动,提高了波节管的换热能力。波节管的换热能力随波节长度与波深比值的减小而增加,波节管比光管的传热系数与阻力压降比K/Δp提高了1.57~4.09倍。Study of heat transfer and resistance characteristic of three sizes of corrugated tube and bare tube has been done. Result shows that corrugated tube enhance the disturbance of liquid, which strengthens corrugated tube ability of heat transfer. Corrugated tube ability of heat transfer increases while the ratio of length and depth of corrugated tube decreases. The ratio of ability of heat transfer and K/Δp of corrugated tube is 1.57~4.09 times more than that of bare tube. And the rule formula will contribute to some value referenced for practical engineering application of corrugated tubes.
