摘  要:漏热会对低温液体的无损储运产生直接影响,准确测算低温容器的漏热量对改进低温容器的设计有着重要的实用价值。对低温容器漏热的主要部分进行了计算,同时对一小型低温容器以液氮为工质进行了实验研究,计算与实验的结果比较表明,两者的误差很小。因此,通过详细的计算可以获得准确的漏热量并确定主要漏热部位。此结果对小型低温容器的实际使用和改进具有一定的参考价值。Heat leakage influences the non-loss storage of cryogenic liquids directly,so to calculate the quantity of heat leakage accurately is a very important to improve the design of cryogenic vessels. The main parts of heat leakage of cryogenic vessels were calculated, and a non-loss storage experiment was done using a small cryogenic vessel of liquid nitrogen. Comparing the calculation with the experiment result, it was concluded that the error of both was little. This research showed that it is possible to set the accurate quantity and main channel of heat leakage through a detailed calculation and offered some reference for the use and improvement of cryogenic vessels.
