摘　　要：介绍了采用定点法和变点法设计大型储罐壁厚的方法,借助Visual Basic 6.0进行了定点法和变点法软件开发,通过API 650验证了该软件的合理性。比较了定点法和变点法的计算结果,确定了其适用范围。A method was introduced on how to design large oil storage shell thickness. The 1- foot method and variable-design-point method software were developed by Visual Basic 6.0 programming language,and it was verified API 650 and proved reasonable. The calculated results of the 1-foot method and the variable-design-point method were compared, and their suitable ranges were decided.
