摘　　要：对直馏汽油异构化装置腐蚀的原因进行了分析,结果表明,含有大量硫化物的杂质在设备中沉积,形成了严重的湿硫化氢环境,造成碳钢设备发生严重的垢下腐蚀、氢鼓包、氢诱导裂纹和应力腐蚀开裂等,并最终导致设备泄漏和报废。提出了改进措施和设备检验处理建议。The corrosion of isomerizing equipment for direct distillation of gasoline has been analyzed. The resuh shows that in the heavy wet H2S corrosion environment was formed by lots of sulfide accumulated in the equipment,the heavy corrosion of OCC,HB,HIC,SCC occurred in the carbon steel equipment,that results in leak and failure of the equipment. The recommendations of modification and detection were given as well.
